Q：Bone conduction headphones cannot be turned on or cannot remain on.
A：1. Connect the charging cable and check the indicator lights:
① If the indicator light shows a steady red or white: The earphones are charging normally. Please charge the earphones/charging case for at least 10 minutes.
② If no light is on, or the light is flashing, or displays another color: The earphones may not be charging properly. Please refer to the troubleshooting steps for "Bone Conduction Earphones Not Charging".
2. Turn on the earphones and pair them: Press and hold the earphones for 5 seconds until the indicator lights flash alternately, or you hear a voice prompt "Pair".
3. If the earphones cannot be turned on and enter pairing mode, it may be due to a firmware malfunction or an unresponsive power button.
